Fall Data Schedule • September 22: Final data (all reports) available to districts on secure site at 9 am EDT • September 27: Public Release of all data and reports on Open House site • September 27-October 10: Following Public Release, Kentucky regulation requires a 10-day Data Review window. EMBARGO KEEP IT SECURE

  4. Base Reports • No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Report • Interim Performance Reports All reports available on Open House site after public release. KDE:OAA:DSR

  5. NCLB (AYP) Report To make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) a school/district must: • Meet Annual Measurable Objective (AMO) target of percent proficient and above in both reading and mathematics (up to 3 years of data is averaged) AND • Meet criteria for Other Academic Indicator AND • Have a Participation Rate of at least 95%

  12. NCLB (AYP) ReportState Assistance (Non-Title I) Senate Bill 1, signed into law in March 2009, requires state accountability for non-Title I schools. If a non-Title I school does not make AYP in the same content area for two consecutive years, the school will be eligible for state assistance. In the Consequences table, the word “Eligible for State Assistance” will appear in the non-Title I column.

Increase percentage Proficient plus Distinguished (P+D %) in combined KCCT science, social studies and on-demand writing as compared to last year OR 2. Increase percentage Proficient plus Distinguished (P+D %) in combined KCCT science, social studies and on-demand writing plus aconfidence interval as compared to the state average for that level OR 3. Decrease percentage Novice in all 5 KCCT content areas combined as compared to last year

NCLB (AYP) Report Other Academic Indicator for High Schools: Graduation Rate must meet state goal of 82.32 OR Graduation rate must increase by 2% when compared to the prior year (required by federal peer review) Districts verified graduation rate earlier this year and the number used in the AYP report is the same number reported for the Graduation Rate public reporting on August 2.

  19. Interim Performance Report (IPR) • Three pages are created for each content area and grade level for each school and district. • Trend Data • Disaggregation • Core Content • No changes to report from last year.

Student Listing Report • One per grade per school • Information included: • Student name, alphabetically • SSID • Lithocode • Alternate Assessment (Y or N) • Testing Accommodations (Y or N) • Student Status (accountable or not) • Accountable/Tested School • Scores for each subject (scale score, NAPD, Lexile, Quantile)

SDRR Updates • Works in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari (Chrome with IE Tab extension installed)—this should now work for Mac users also • No need to change screen resolution (scrolling may be necessary for lower screen resolutions) • Elimination of many success or notification boxes that had to be closed manually

  36. SDRR Updates • Ability to change an item directly on the student listing by double clicking • Can export ticket listing to PDF or Excel • Can remove an approved exemption • Ability to choose multiple filters before applying them all at once • DACs will receive e-mail regarding changes, directing them to view tickets in SDRR or export them
