For people with special needs and others who need assistance in returning to the open labour market through education, training on the job and supported employment. • Five business concepts

Establishment of Social Companies • ”In order to contribute to creation of work places suitable for persons with functional disabilities, financial support from the state or other sponsor (LL) is needed, which encourages development of social entrepreneurship and alternative employment forms”. • One tool for inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market • Other ways; vocational training, job coaching and paid employment for persons with disabilities and collaborate with mainstream employers to include people with disabilities in the open labour market. • Definition of Social Companies – structure and ownership of the company
