  3. 2) How do we know that progress is made • Strengthened capacity to analyze policy impact, • Evidence based analysis available (guidance, commitment, gap…etc) • Enabled environment for stakeholders dialogue • Agriculture statistic data strengthened • Public expenditure review • Sub-national and National empowerment

  4. 3) New theme • How do we transition all what we are talking about at the policy level to the next step? • Relationship between AUC, RECs and CAADP country team (mandate, responsibilities, roles and linkages)
