  3. I-Suite 2013 General Changes • New field available to capture resource cell phone number • Reference Data Update • Cost Rates are being reviewed and will be updated

  4. Resources/Demob I-Suite 2013 • New functionality • Added the ability to collect Name on Picture ID data during the Check-in process

  5. Resources/Demob Cont. I-Suite 2013 • Bug Fixes • Release Date for Strike Teams • Check-in date • Changing or entering a release date on a Parent record • Running a Section Report when sorting by Subsection will no longer generate an error

IAP I-Suite 2013 • New Functionality • Added option to export an entire Plan as individual PDF documents • Added the ability to insert and delete rows on the ICS 205 • Double spaces will replace Semi-Colons to distinguish data elements in Block 6 of the ICS 204 • Bug Fixes/Changes • Deleting a line on the ICS-204 no longer changes the font on the form • Identified and corrected data entry fields lengths that did not match database field lengths

Time I-Suite 2013 • Bug Fixes • Contractor and/or Agreement Data • Finalized OF-286 Invoices • Missing Days of Postings Report • Future Changes • Replace Social Security Number with the Employee Common Identifier (ECI) • ECI is a unique number generated from the Casual Pay System for all AD/Casual Resources. • Change affects numerous systems • Possible mid-season patch

  9. Custom Reports I-Suite 2013 • “New” Cell Phone Number field will be available in most custom report views • The vCost view includes the Cost Update level field • The vContractorResourcesview includes Contractor address and phone number • New Report Views • v288Invoices • V286Invoices

  10. Supply I-Suite 2013 • The Supply Bar Code project was used on 9 incidents in 2012 • Kits have been re-built and pre-positioned at National Caches for use in 2013

  11. 2014 Training • Currently 2 sessions scheduled at the Redmond Training Center: • March 16 – 20, 2014 • April 13 – 17, 2014 • DNR – Dates to be determined

Implementation Status • e-ISuite • 2013 • Delay in original schedule due to change in software development contractor • Phase 1 Completed • Phase 2 ongoing • Scheduled deployment May/June 2014 • I-Suite will be decommissioned after successful implementation of e-ISuite(approximately December 2015)
