Mr. Zhang is the author of About Storage I & II《大话存储I&II》regarded by many readers in China as one of the best reference books on storage and technology.  Mr.Zhang has led or participated in various innovative storage system designs. Heng Liao has been a PMC Fellow since 2007. Prior to that, Dr. Liao was the chief architect of PMC’s Enterprise Storage Division, where he led the development of the company’s first RAID-on-Chip (RoC) device. He is one of PMC’s most prolific patent authors, with more than 25 patents granted or pending.
