  2. Care Group Network What exactly is CGN? The Care Group Network is a pastoral care concept in which a pastor in collaboration with a group of leaders is responsible for the people in his network zone.

Care Group Network • The purpose of CGN is to cater to the various needs of the body, which include: • Counseling • Discipling • Visits to the sick and shut-in • Spiritual Accountability • The sharing of information to the body • (i.e. births, deaths, serious injury & illness, etc.) • Small Group Settings • Personal Needs.

  4. Care Group Network What is the goal of CGN? The major goal of CGN is to restructure our small group framework to make it a “Care Group Network” in order to better serve our congregational and spiritual needs.

  5. Care Group Network What is the goal of CGN? Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. Eph. 4:12 NLT
