  • 50% of users connect externally

  • 40% Click-to-Talk external (Direct SIP, 1 call per hour)

  • 60% Click-to-Talk internal

  • 50% of users have Lync phones

  • medium resilience

1000 and 2500 Users

  • All services enabled for users

  • Single Site, Lync Server Standard Edition*

  • 30% of users connect externally

  • 60 % of calls UC->PSTN

  • 2 PSTN calls per hour per user, 4 voicemails per day per user

  • 5% of users in conferences, 75% of conferences include all modalities

  • (Call duration of 3 minutes)

* Lync Server and Client licenses are not included

  • One Main Building: 100 users (140 ports)

  • One Adjacent Building: 100 users (140 ports)

  • Two Remote Branches: 25 users each (44 ports)

  • 368 total ports

  • 500 User Environment:

  • One Main Building: with 125 users (188 ports)

  • Three Adjacent Buildings: each with 100 users (140 ports)

  • Two Remote Branches: One with 25 users (44 ports), and one with 50 users (68 ports)

  • 720 total ports

1000 User Environment:

  • One Main Building: 250 users (332 ports)

  • Three Adjacent Buildings: 200 users each (852 ports)

  • Four Remote Branches: 2 each at 25 users (44 ports) and 2 each at 50 users (68 ports)

  • 1,408 total ports

    2500 User Environment:

  • Main Building: 500 users (720 ports)

  • Three Adjacent Buildings: each with 375 users (528 ports) and building 3 with 4 fewer ports

  • Fifteen Remote Branches: 5 at 25 users (44 ports), 5 at 50 users (68 ports), and 5 at 100 users (144 ports)

  • 3,580 total ports

      • Exact configuration of voice cards (E1/T1 etc.) to be determined at point of sale
