  2. Size The real white giraffe The white giraffe from the book The Regular Giraffe Males Can be 19 ft. tall. Females can be 16 ft. tall. The same height as the real white giraffe The White Giraffe is the same size as the real giraffe Although they are all the same height, they do NOT all grow to be 19 ft. tall

Life Span White giraffe from book Real giraffe The real giraffe usually lives to be 25 yrs. old Real White Giraffe • They would probably have shorter lives because of the poachers They usually don't live to be older than 25 but they usually die earlier because of their color and they can't blend in.

  5. Behavior Although they sometimes live in herds they can also live by their selves.

  6. Food They all eat leaves from trees. That’s also how they get their moisture. Two of them can go days without water but 1 can’t!

  7. Endangered/rare Blue= White giraffe from story Red= real white giraffe Orange= real giraffes Green=comparison Some of them are endangered but some are not. It is rare be cause they have a really rare condition! The condition makes there pigment white. It makes them as white as ghosts. Regular giraffes are not endangered. They are very rare because they have a condition that makes their pigment white

It does not say the white giraffes weight in the book. Males weigh in between 2,400 and 3,000 lbs. Females weigh in between 1,600 and 2,600 lbs. White giraffes are in the same weight range as regular giraffes.
