  2. Un tiempo diferente • What “will” happen in the future. • Endings are added to the infinitive, you DO NOT drop the ending in the future tense. • All verbs have the same endings (ar,er,ir)

  3. Las Formas Infinitivo del verbo +terminaciones: Ejemplo: volar volar + é volar + ás volar + á volar + emos (no acento) volar + án

  4. Volar Yo volaré un avión. I will fly a plane. Tú volarás en un avión. You will fly in a plane. Nosotros volaremos en un avión. We will fly in a plane.

  5. Unos verbos….su turno • I will go. Yo iré. • My friend will visit. Mi amigo visitará. • Will we eat? ¿Comeremos? • They will win. Ellos ganarán.

  8. Ir + A + Infinitivo *“Going to”…..do something in the near future. *Used more often than the future tense to express more recent actions. *Use form of “ir” (voy, vas, va, vamos, van) + “A” + infinitive of verb (the action)

  9. La Diferencia Yo voy a estudiar más este semestre. I am going to study more this semester. Yo estudiaré más este semestre. I will study more this semster. Both expressing same idea in the future. I will study more.

  10. Práctica….¿Voluntarios? Ella ___________ (will see) la competencia. Verá Uds. ________(will play) el fútbol. Jugarán Yo ______(will vote) por el candidato . votaré
