  2. Zip Code File Enhancements Many of the newer integration programs, including some franchise feeds, have become more particular of the structure for City and State information. In addition, foreign addresses have also become more commonplace. Enhancements have been made to the DPN Zip Code File to accommodate these changes, and they are applicable to all programs in DPN where a zip code can be entered. For Foreign (i.e. non-United States) addresses If the Zip Code entered is recognized, the City, Province, and Country will be populated. If the Zip Code entered is not recognized, the Zip Code window will display the Zip Code along with the Foreign field. Enter Y in the Foreign field. Next, the City/Prov/Country field will display. Enter the City, Province, and Country with the necessary punctuation. For Non-Foreign (i.e. United States) addresses If the Zip Code entered is recognized, the City and State will be populated. If the Zip Code entered is not recognized, the Zip Code window will display the Zip Code along with the Foreign field. Enter N in the Foreign field. Next, the City and State fields will display as two separate fields. Enter the City without a comma - the comma will be added by the system. Enter the 2-digit State Code – enter the State Code correctly as it is not validated.

  3. Zip Code File Enhancements - eContract The Zip Code enhancements are also applicable to the eContract module. For Non-Foreign (i.e. United States) addresses – If the Zip Code entered is recognized, the City and State will be populated as shown in the example below. If the Zip Code entered is not recognized, a message will display stating that the Zip Code is not on file and prompt the user to add the Zip Code to the file. If the user chooses to add the Zip Code, the Foreign, City and State fields will display as shown below. Accept the default of “No” in the Foreign field. Enter the City without a comma - the comma will be added by the system. Select the 2-digit State Code from the drop-down list.

  4. Zip Code File Enhancements - eContract The Zip Code enhancements are also applicable to the eContract module. For Foreign (i.e. non-United States) addresses – If the Zip Code entered is recognized, the City, Province, and Country will be populated as shown in the example below. If the Zip Code entered is not recognized, a message will display stating that the Zip Code is not on file and prompt the user to add the Zip Code to the file. If the user chooses to add the Zip Code, the Foreign field will display – select “Yes” from the drop-down list, and the City/Prov/Country field will display – enter the information as necessary.

  5. Report Printing Enhancements - Print Messages Currently when printing a DPN report, depending on the size of the data the report is compiling, the cursor will flash in the upper left-hand corner of the screen until the report has finished compiling. Now, a message will display alerting the user that the program is processing. Following is an example:

  6. Real Estate – Credit Cards – (RE-9-5) The Agent Credit Card Menu has been changed to display in two columns. Option 2, is now labeled “Reports/Inquiry” and a new inquiry option has been added. Two additional options, 12(Cancel Transactions) and 13(Edit/Update Cancelled) have been added to allow you to cancel transactions that have been submitted to the credit card company for payment. Previous Menu New Menu Note: If you are using CIM/API Interface, previously that option was number 12, but it is number 20 on the new menu.

  7. Real Estate – Credit Cards – (Company Parameters) A new option has been added to the Bank Rec Type field in the Credit Card Company Parameters. Previously, when credit card records were updated to Bank Reconciliation the only option was R/Blank(receipts/deposits). Now the option is available to have credit card records updated as W(wire in/wire out). This is applicable to records processed in options Edit/Update Authorization File (RE-9-5-9), Edit/Update Manual Authorization (RE-9-5-11), and Edit/Update Cancelled (RE-9-5-13).

  8. Real Estate – Credit Cards – Reports/Inquiry (RE-9-5-2) Enhancements have been made to the following reports: History Report (RE-9-5-2-2) The option is now available to print only cancelled transactions. In addition, when the status is D(declined), C(cancelled) or A(all), the program will use the authorization date for the comparison, otherwise the create date will be used. History Report by Agent (RE-9-5-2-3) The option is now available to print only cancelled transactions. New Option - History Inquiry by Agent (RE-9-5-2-10) This new option allows you to view an agent’s credit card payment history by record number or status. If the display order selected is by S(status), the status code (new, submitted, accepted, cancelled, declined, or all) will be required. The following example shows that C(cancelled) records were selected:

  9. Real Estate – Credit Cards – “On Account” Payments • “On account” payments flagged to be paid back to an agent’s credit card using the Auto or Manual Flag Charges options, will now have an “M” print on the following reports & inquiries: • Accounts Payable Open Items (AP-7-1) when printing type 2 • Open Receivables Report (RE-9-10) • Open Receivables History (RE-9-20) Inquiry screen when F6(print) is selected “M” Indicates item was flagged in either the Auto Flag Charges (RE-9-5-3) or Manual Flag Charges (RE-9-5-4) options AND updated using the Edit/Update Agent Charges option (RE-9-5-5)

When printing the Open Receivables Report (RE-9-10) for the current month (2/11), the record will have a “P” printed next to the Status column. The “Categories” header has been changed to “Categories/Teams”. In addition to any categories an agent is affiliated with, any teams the agent is affiliated with will also display in this section. • This notation is dependent upon the following settings: • If the Agent GCI field on Screen #3 of the eREBS Parameters is set to G(gross), and the Rpts/Add Promo to Gross field on Screen #5 of the Real Estate Parameters is set to “Y”, the notation “Promo added to gross” will display. • If the fields are set to “I”, the notation “Promo added to income” will display.

  20. eREBS Enhancements – Ancillary Services The example Detail report below was created using the same criteria as the summary report on the previous page (Ancillary Services by Office for the Current Year, Mortgage Company Units/Volume – Detail option). The totals on this report tie to the summary report totals. As shown in the example below, the “Cash” totals now print as a separate line item:

  21. eREBS Enhancements - Reports • The following enhancements have been made to the eREBS Reports: • The Birthday List now includes the agent’s mailing address. • The Agent Receivables reports now display totals which are consistent with other reports.
