  1. DOT DRILL TEST • Basic Circle Drill – Perform the following 5 drills 6 times each. • Do each drill continuously before moving to the next. • UP & BACK • Start with one foot on A and one on B • Jump to C with both feet • Jump with one foot on D and one on E • Without turning jump backwards with both feet on C then one on A and B • Repeat forward and backwards for required time or reps • RIGHT FOOT FIGURE 8 • Start with rt. Foot on B and jump to C,D,E,C,A in that order and repeat • LEFT FOOT FIGURE 8 • Follow the same pattern as the right foot • BOTH FEET FIGURE 8 • Follow the same pattern as for one foot, only keep feet together • TURN AROUND • Start with one foot on A and one on B • Jump to C with feet together then to D and E with one foot on each • Jump and turn 180۫ landing with one foot on D and one on E facing opposite direction • Jump with both feet to C then to A and B with one on each, turn 180۫ and repeat D E 3 ft. C 2 ft. A B Standards for Basic Circle Drill All American = <45sec. Quick = 45-50sec. Good = 50-55sec. Average = 55-65sec. Turtle = >65sec.

DOT DRILL WORKOUT #1 • Perform each drill as fast as you can for the required time. • Keep feet on dots and stay square. • Take 30-45sec. rest between each rep. • Both Legs A to B x 10sec. • Both Legs A to D x 10sec. • Both Legs A, C, E, A x 10sec. • Both Legs B, C, D, B x 10sec. • Single Leg A to B x 5sec. • Single Leg A to C x 5sec. • Single Leg B to C x 5sec. • Both Legs A, D, E, B x 10sec. • Both Legs A, B, E, D x 10sec. • Single Leg A, C, D, C, A x 10sec. • Single Leg B, C, E, C, B x 10sec. • Both Legs A, C, B, C, A x 10sec. • Both Legs D, C, E, C, D x 10sec. • Both Legs C, A, C, B, C, E, C, D x 15sec. • Both Legs C, A, C, D, C, E, C, B x 15sec. • Both Legs A, E, D, B x 10sec. • Both Legs A, D, B, E x 10sec.
