  2. Ocular Trauma • 19 y old male • Transferred from “Ziv” hospital 11 days following Rt ocular injury • FB penetrated Rt eye while working • Perforation of cornea & rupture of lens • Orbital CT

  3. Ocular Trauma • Repair of corneal wound, removal of lenticular remnants & ant vitrectomy • VA postoperatively – partial light projection • US – huge IOFB perforating back of eye, retina in situ • Trasferred to R M C

  4. Ocular Trauma • 14 d post injury – second surgery • Huge IOFB Injured inferior retina leading to localized RD • 360˚ buckling, PPV, IOFB removal, endocryo treatment of inferior retinal breaks, inrtravitreal SF6 gas

  5. Ocular Trauma • 2w later – • Retina in situ • Inferior post cryo treatment scars
