  2. EARLY Calvin CordozarBroadus Jr. was born in October 20, 1971 in Long Beach, California. At the age of 16 he became a part of a street gang called the "Crips", and was associated with the traffic of drugs and he even go to jail. After sitting a little head came to the Institute from Long Beach Polytechnic High School, where he began his musical career.

  3. STYLES • Snoop not only sings hip-hop, he sings west coast rap, g-funk and gangsta rap, which acquired as a young man.

  4. DISCOGRAPHY • He has 12 albums since 1993: 1993: Doggystyle, 1996: Tha Doggfather, 1998: Da game is to be sold not to be told, 1999: No limit top dogg, 2000: Tha last meal, 2002: Paid tha cost to be da Boss, 2004: R&G, 2006: The blue carpet treatment, 2008: Ego trippin, 2009: Malice n Wonderland, 2010: More Malice, 2011: Doggumentary, as well as others in collaboration with other artists.

  5. AWARDS • Snoop Dogg has been nominated for 8 Grammy Awards to date, but has won none.
