  5. And then you begin to wonder, • Just the facts, Ma’am!

  6. And the final report is received with great anticipation… • We didn’t pass what???? • ?

  7. And, even though you’re disappointed,

  8. We handle it all with great dignity…

  9. You begin to see the team differently

  10. The emotions begin as you share the news…

  11. Sad…

  12. Guilty…

  13. Angry…

  14. Just plain mad…

  15. Dejected…

  16. And of course—overwhelmed!

  17. You take a good hard look at yourself, and…

  18. Start sorting through the evidence…

  19. Analyze and synthesize and send it off again…

  20. The report comes back and you’re A-okay!
