  4. 施測人員分配原則 • 成員：以五年級班導師與科任老師擔任 • 工作與人員分配 (1)資料分發與說明：10分鐘(該班導師) (2)正式施測：60分鐘 (監考人員如附件表單，兩兩換班監考) (3)領卷與交卷：該班導師

  5. 注意事項 • 導師請協助發下學生檢測通知單(2B鉛筆,橡皮擦) • 導師領卷(試題與答案卷)，確實清點份數(簽領) • 導師分發試題與答案卡需留意學生身分無誤，缺席者務必確認與註記。 • 導師請協助進行答題說明。 • 監考教師請協助：學生是否於答案卡中作答，答案卷按照座號收回，試卷不回收。 • 教務處以學年廣播，提醒時程
