NEED OF THE STUDY This research paper focuses on the grievance handling procedure at Soft Zeal Technology Pvt. Ltd .Pune. The objective of this paper is to determine the effective handling of the grievances faced by the employee. The study identifies the most common factors for arising the grievances at the place of employment.
