  3. Equipment Weight bench Weights Dumbbells of various weights Barbells of various weights

  4. Set up • Each workout will have a 2min cool down period • Workouts will be done consecutively • Weights will already be prepared because it weight room

  5. Workout layout

  6. Final cool down • Drink lots of H20 • Don’t sit down yet • Walk around • Stretch to avoid muscle soreness
