  11. Current and Future Human Resources Issues in Health Care Some current and future human resources issues in health care are Task shifting and education of mental health providers. With and ongoing development of a workforce with appropriate skills is essential to strengthen human resources for mental health. "Scale up cost to remove shortages in human resources for mental health" in health care

  13. One of the current  human resources issues in healthcare involves recruiting. I believe in the future if human resources hire more nurses and doctor it can make a difference and a better outlook for the healthcare. Conclusion • As we have seen, the HR department at Patton-Fuller Community Hospital is tasked with the acquisition, development and retention of talent • Most organizations often organize the functions of HRM around the individuals to be assisted • The functions of human resource management should ideally be positioned at the theoretical center of the hospital with access to all departments • The human resource personnel should have the support of and access to the key decision makers within the hospital • The HRM department should be designed in such a way that it is able to communicate effectively with all the hospital departments
