  6. Fundraising Committee • This committee will assist the chairperson in developing fundraising activities, and prepares information to be presented to the Board and the Orchestra Director. • This committee coordinates and assists with the implementation of activities that meet the approval of the Orchestra Director, Booster Club Executive Board, and Hillgrove Administration.

  7. Dinner Theater Committee • This committee will coordinate all aspects of the Fall and Winter Dinner Theater Concerts, including ticket sales, promotion, catering, and decorations.

  8. Hospitality and ConcessionsCommittee • This committee will be responsible for running concessions at all Hillgrove Orchestra Concerts as well as any other activity as requested by the Director or Executive Board.

  9. Media Committee • Video - This committee will be responsible for recording video of all orchestra concerts, festivals, and other events. Selected footage will be used in a video for the Orchestra Banquet at the end of the year. • Photography - This committee will be responsible for collecting photographs from events through the year to be used in a slideshow for the Orchestra Banquet at the end of the year.

  10. Orchestra Banquet Committee • This committee will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Orchestra Banquet including venue, catering, tickets and decorations.

  11. Publicity Committee • This committee will be responsible for promoting the activities of the orchestra by means of radio, TV, newspaper, etc., submitting noteworthy news along with photographs when appropriate. • The Orchestra Director and Hillgrove Administration must approve all articles prior to submission for publication.

  12. Spiritwear Committee • This committee will be responsible for all aspects of Hillgrove Orchestra Spiritwear including placing orders, managing inventory, and sales in the concession stand at concerts.

  15. Carnegie Hall Information • April 21-24, 2011 • Performance on Friday April 22 at 8:30 PM • Open to members of Advanced and Mastery Orchestras • Minimum of 30 students must commit • Estimated Cost: $1300 per student
