  13. Amendments to By-Laws Proposed Amendment I:  So as to minimize the transition of club leadership, President and Secretary will be elected for their two year terms in the fall of odd numbered years, beginning in 2019. Vice-President and Treasurer will be elected for their two year terms in the fall of even numbered years, beginning in 2018.  If any officer's 2-year term expires after the prescribed election cycle, then that officers will be shortened so that an election on the odd or even year may be held.  Proposed Amendment II:In the event of contested elections (i.e. multiple candidates for same position), a paper ballot will be issued to all members attending the end of year general meeting.  In the event of uncontested elections, (i.e. a single candidate for same position), then a voice vote may be called instead.Proposed Amendment III: The board may appoint a webmaster to supervise, maintain, and update our TRTC website.  This webmaster will serve as a member of the executive committee and have all voting rights and other privileges of serving on the board.  The board may also choose to designate an existing board member as webmaster.   Confirmation of the webmaster requires majority of board votes.
