  2. Summary • Tentacles is about three kids, Marty, Luther, and Grace, who are somehow related to a man named Travis Wolfe. Wolfe is a man who hunts “Cryptids” or creatures that haven’t been proven to exist. The three kids leave school to go on a ship called the Coelacanth. The ship is directed by Travis Wolfe, who is looking for a giant squid. Wolfe’s enemy “Noah Blackwood” is trying to sabotage the ship. There is one of Blackwood’s men on the Coelacanth who is trying to kill the three kids. Will Marty, Grace, and Luther survive? Will they capture the giant squid? Read Tentacles to find out!

  3. Reader’s Chair • Is the plot believable or not? • No, not very believable. The plot has to do with dinosaur eggs, a magical element that is soft but indestructible and giant squid.
