To get the cream of the crop while saving as much money as possible, we devised a recruiting plan that involves a series of employment services fit to specific target audiences and their skill, importance to company, and availability levels.

Benefits will attract many qualified individuals to work for our company, Image FX. Therefore, it is important for the company to provide our department with enough funding to provide benefits such as the required Workers Compensation and other favored benefits such as the health and life insurances (not required by state).

We need about $2 million dollars to provide the benefits to our future employees.

If the budget of Image FX is too tight, then obviously we must lower salaries and offer less benefits. However, it is important to keep in mind that salaries and benefits are what attracts many potential employees to our company, especially since Image FX is new and does not have much background information available.
