  8. Website!

  9. It makes finding what you need MUCH easier.

  10. First, let me show you a few links that are always in the same spot.

  11. These quick links take you to our most popular pages in one click.

  12. You’ll find them at the bottom of every page on the site.

  13. Now, let’s look at the navigation button.

  14. From any page, click: The Power Button The Apple The People to go to different home pages.

  15. Just like on the old page, we list the latest news.

  16. Now, we also include upcoming events.

  17. Let’s take a look at the News drop-down menu.

  18. Clicking News lets you scroll through the latest stories.

  19. Clicking Events Calendar opens a calendar view of activities.

  20. Stay Connected features all the tools that keep you in touch with INFOhio.

  21. The About drop-down menu contains lots of useful links.

  22. Use the How We Can Help page when you need to show people how to get started with the services INFOhio offers.

  23. This is a “slider.” Each of the eight pictures on the slider features a different service.

  24. For example, this one features the Third Grade Reading Guarantee…

  25. …while this one discusses how INFOhio supplies equal access to digital tools.

  26. Here’s the new staff page with all our smiling faces.

  27. Just click a button to send us an email.

  28. One more thing before we move on. Our new siteis mobile friendly and automatically adjusts to the size of your screen. (This is how the page looks on a mobile phone.)

  29. The site uses the standard mobile navigation menu on smaller screens.

  30. Now let’s move from the main home page to the home page for Students & Parents.

  31. Click the power button.

  32. Then click the people icon.

  33. If you are logged in, the student page looks like this.
