  2. The problem that I see we have is not using the software correctly. • Teachers should be able to use the program for their lesson plans. • I will provide a training to help the teachers incorporate the software to their lesson plans. Needs Assessments:

  3. Colleagues will be able to enhance the appearance of Word documents by inserting graphics and using WordArt. Instructional Goal:

  4. After completing this training (condition), coworkers will be able to insert charts into a Word document (Behavior) with 100% accuracy and without assistance (Criteria). • After finishing the training, colleagues will be able to insert graphs to their Word document with 100% accuracy and without help. • After doing the training, the coworkers will be able to use Word Art to enhance there papers. Performance Objectives:

  5. Performance Objective Assessment 1. After completing this training (condition), coworkers will be able to insert charts into a Word document (Behavior) with100% accuracy and without assistance (Criteria). 2. After finishing the training, coworkers will be able to insert graphs to their Word document with 100% accuracy and without help. 3. After doing the training, they will be able to use Word Art to enhance their papers. I will ask some questions at the end of the training to see if they understood. How would you insert a graph? How would you insert a chart? How would you use word art? Assessment of Learning Outcomes:

  6. Colleagues will be able to work with Microsoft Word. • The coworkers will be taking the training at work. Were we have computer accesses and the space available. Learning Context:

  7. Introduction: • I will find out what assessments are needed. • I will teach my coworkers the way to insert charts, graphs, and use word art. • I will have my goals and objectives define. Instructional Strategies:

  8. Coworkers will use computers and all of the computers would have Microsoft Word. I will also give them a handout of the presentation. It will contain all the information, step by step on inserting charts, graphs, and word art. Instructional Resources:

I will ask my instructor to help us with any questions that my coworkers will have. • I can also have fellow coworkers that know how to use Microsoft Word to help us out by helping each other out. • I can first have a small group evaluation to see how the presentation looks and if there are any questions or concerns.
