Courage is what keeps you going Class Descriptions: CoreMAX: An innovative hybrid of cardio and sculpting with amazing body transfirming power. The high energy cardio pushes your body in a series of fun-filled moves while body-sculpting exercises buff up your arms, hips, legs and abs for a complete total body workout. No matter your fitness level – this class is designed to firm you up and send your metabolism into overdrive. MetaBLAST: An innovative total body circuit routine that will target your muscles, strengthen your core and ramp up your metabolism for hours after. No choreography involved and suitable for all fitness levels. Survivor Step: Circuits of fat burning step cardio using light hand weights (optional) alternating with short (30-60 sec) high intensity cardio intervals to maximize your workout effectiveness and rev your metabolism for hours after. Please Note: Bring water and a towel. Weights are always optional and variation of moves will be demonstrated. We encourage participants to exercise at their individual fitness level, yet safely challenge themselves over time. Most of all, we hope you ENJOY the hour of exercise and music.
