  1. Stuart Davis Stuart Davis, AVP oversees USAA’s Anti-Money Laundering Center of Excellence as the Enterprise AML/OFAC Officer and a member of the executive management group. He has responsibly for the AML/KYC & OFAC Enterprise Strategies, Governance, and Operations including: Customer Due Diligence, AML Risk Assessment and Models, Suspicious Activity Detection and Prevention, and Regulatory Reporting. Prior to joining USAA, Stuart was Vice President of Global Anti-Money Laundering programs and risk for Western Union Financial Services. He had oversight for the domestic and global Anti-Money Laundering commercial services program. Stuart has developed and implemented global Anti-Money Laundering standards on many emerging products including internet portals, mobile phone money transfers, eWallets, kiosks and prepaid cards. Previously, Stuart oversaw the Anti-Money Laundering compliance program and regulatory risk management as a senior director and compliance officer for Capital One Financial Corporation and its banking subsidiaries. In addition, Stuart has over 20 years of regulatory and compliance experience with Bank of America, First Union National Bank and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as an Associate National Bank Examiner. Mr. Davis holds a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Georgia. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Anti-Money Laundering Professional (AMLP).
