  3. 安裝EndNote X3 建立個人化圖書館

  4. 系統及硬體需求 Windows XP(Service Pack 3) or Windows Vista Pentium 450 MHz 、 256MB RAM 、 180MB硬碟空間 文書處理器 Microsoft Word 2003、2007 RTF：Microsoft Word、WordPerfect、OpenOffice、StarOffice、WordPad • 下載及安裝 • 圖書館網頁資料庫Endnote • 安裝時，請關閉 word 檔案

  5. 建議：將 Endnote 拉到桌面當捷徑

  6. 第一次使用時 會問是否要建立Web account

  7. 從桌面點選 Endnote 建立新檔案

  8. 新開 Endnote 的畫面

  9. Import輸入資料 　建立各類文獻的兩種方式 • 自行輸入 • 附加URL 、圖片和檔案 • 從資料庫或網路匯入 • 從資料庫直接將資料匯入(Import) • 從資料庫下載的純文字檔案利用Filter匯入 • 參考常問問題http://www.isiuser.com/faq.asp • 資料編輯修改

  10. 自行輸入 • 各篇文章或圖書等資訊輸入到EndNote Library • 書 • 期刊論文 • 會議論文 • 博碩士論文 • 寫論文時會參考引用的相關文獻

  11. 兩個地方可開啟New Reference 從 Endnote 自行輸入一筆書目資料的畫面

  12. Reference 欄位介紹 • 先選擇輸入書目資料之資料型態(Type) • 作者 • 可輸入多位作者 • 每位作者必須單獨一列 • Figure • 可插入圖表 • 只能插入一張圖表 • Reference → Figure → Attach Figure → 找到檔案 → 開啟 • 輸入完畢將滑鼠移至Caption一欄，輸入圖片名稱即可 • URL • 可輸入檔案路徑或網址 • 將滑鼠移到URL一欄後，滑鼠變成手的圖示，點選該URL即可開啟預設瀏覽器連至該網站 • 亦可利用工具列上方的Open URL進行連結 • File Attachments • References → File Attachments → Attach File → 選擇要連結的檔案(最多可45筆)

  13. Reference 欄位介紹(2) • Year：出版年(只輸入年代) • Title：期刊論文名稱 • Journal：期刊刊名 • Volume：卷 • Issue：期 • Pages：起迄頁碼 • Date：月、季等輸入在Date欄 • DOI：數位物件識別號（Digital Object Identifier) • 很多電子期刊論文都有此碼識別碼 • 像是數位文件的身份證

  14. Step 1： 先選擇輸入書目資料的類型，例 Book, Journal, Proceeding…

  15. Step 2： 將滑鼠至要輸入的欄位點一下 即可輸入資料。 • Author欄位輸入 • 可輸入多位作者 • 每位作者必須單獨一行

  16. 插入檔案 • 在欄位上按右鍵→File Attachments→attach File • 選擇要插入的檔案

  17. 重複步驟即附加多個檔案 • 附加圖檔方式與檔案相同 • 右鍵→Figure→Attach figure • 但圖片檔只能存一個

  18. 關閉 選「Yes」儲存

  19. 預覽全部資訊 一筆自建資料完成了
