  3. All games will be played at Brown Field • This year teams will consist of 11 players on the field • 5 Club team members are allowed on the field at once for any particular team • Players must have an Imleagues.com account to participate Changes to the Program

  4. Any player who must wear a necessary metal brace (i.e metal knee brace from prior ACL or other knee injury) must cover all metal parts of the brace before playing or the player may not enter play until such metal is covered. • Concussion. Any player who exhibits signs, symptoms, or behaviors consistent with a concussion (such as loss of consciousness, headache, dizziness, confusion, or balance problems) shall be immediately removed from the game and shall not return to play until cleared by an appropriate healthcare professional.   5. Imleagues is a website that we are going to use for Recreational sports, activities, and events. • The website enables us to reach all our participants much easier than in years past. It also allows students the opportunities to see and interact with our program in a new way ImLeagues.com

  6. Ball • One ball designated by both managers of regulation size • Jerseys • Matching colored shirts are required, the referee shall have authority to designate “shirts/skins” if necessary. Try not to wear yellow • Shoes • Players are prohibited from wearing metal spikes, screw-in cleats or hard sole shoes. These shoes must not have a toe-spike in them. Only molded cleats are allowed • Shin guards-players are required to wear shin guards before entering the field of play • Casts are prohibited • Any player who must wear a necessary metal brace (i.e metal knee brace from prior ACL or other knee injury) must cover all metal parts of the brace before playing or the player may not enter play until such metal is covered.   7. A team shall consist of 11 playing members and may play with as few as 9 until the 10 minute mark of the contest • Substitutions are permitted at midfield during the following conditions: goal kick, corner kick, after a goal, halftime, throw-ins of your team Players

  8. The game will be played in two equal periods of 15 minutes (running time) with a five (5) minute halftime. Time is continuous unless stopped by the main referee • In cases of a tie, the winner will be decided by as follows. • League play- no overtime or shootout will occur during league play • Tournament play- Sudden death will occur in the event of a tie during the tournament, in the event of no goals being score a sudden death shootout will occur Time

Offsides • A player is offsides if he is nearer to their opponent’s goal than the ball • No slide tackles, tripping, holding, pushing • Manager’s are responsible for informing their players about the rules and regulations • If anyone attempts to strike a player or official they will be immediately thrown out of the game and intramural sports for one year Rules

  10. Misconduct • A player shall be cautioned (yellow card) and noted on the score sheet for: • Persistently infringing upon any of the rules of the game or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner • Objecting by word of mouth or action to the decisions given by the referees or supervisor • Using foul or abusive language toward the referees or an opponent. • (Red card)- persisting misconduct or for a second caution • Exhibiting violent conduct, using excessive foul or abusive language or spitting at opponents, referees, or supervisor • A team will be disqualified for continued unsportsmanlike conduct. The three strike rule against unsportsmanlike conduct against refs and one warnings on the type of game played, the second game that has the continued use of unfair play will result in a disqualification • Trash talk, vulgar language, or threats directed toward any player, spectator, or official will not be tolerated and shall result in ejection (Red Card) from the game and potential suspension even without prior warning during game.
