  4. eLearnNY • Web-based e-learning authoring tool • Available to state government organizations for creating and delivering custom e-learn courses. • Hosted by CIO/OFT • >=60 state and local government use eLearnNY • ~300 courses • Does your agency have a contract for eLearnNY? • Check with your training department or HR or call CIO/OFT Tech Support 1-800-697-1323

  5. If your agency has eLearn… • A course designer needs to be assigned “Administrator” status, username, password • Clone our course if it is helpful or create your own • Test it • Before launching, staff must have usernames and passwords assigned to them
