  8. Every human survives in the lineage of sectoral existential interdependence because everyone is a connecting sector or network that attach to anyone whether we like it or not –no option.

  9. There stands out a system that helps strengthen a life of interdependence. That system is sector or network system. In the communication and business arena, networking system perform a profound operation.

  14. II. Spirit of Prophecy Foundation “This was the way the Christian Church was established. Christ first selected a few persons and bade them follow Him. They then went in search of their relatives and acquaintances, and brought them to Christ. This is the way we are to labor. A few souls brought out and fully established on the truth will, like the first disciples, be laborers for others;” (White, Welfare Ministry, 60).

  15. The Significant of Sectoral Elite Evangelism System could be liken to networking system What is networking system? It is a system of connection. It is a process of attachment, joining together to any element whether it is a connected travel route, communication line or communication stations (The Newbury House Dictionary of American English, s.v. “Network”).

  16. According to Go (Network Marketing, 122). “As a general practice, we start recruiting those people who know us while investing in new relationships through networking”

  17. Go moreover said, “Prospecting system is the discipline of sponsoring and replenishing a fixed number of serious-minded distributors,” underlying the needed factors that “each [is] capable and willing to sponsor and replenish their own fixed number of serious-minded distributors” (Go, 181).

  18. Go, found out that “Networking is the building of new contacts while maintaining existing contacts in an informal network to share the business opportunity or to improve one’s career” (Go, 255).

  19. According to Wayne Zunkel in his book Church Growth Under Files, 140-41 “Our nation is made up of networks. The most basic network, of course, is the family

  20. What is Sectoral Elite Evangelism? (a). Sectoral evangelism is apparently evangelizing, recruiting and equipping comrades/friends/or sector without neglecting other sector. (b). Furthermore, this is evangelizing colleagues or friends, the closest communication lines.

  21. Bullon mentioned, (Ministry, 13) that: Statistic shows that seventy percent of those who become church members said that first time they heard the Seventh-day Adventist Church is through their friends, neighbors, or relatives

  22. Bullon continues, (Ministry, 14) that: The divine plan is one-on-one, friend to friend, relative to relative, neighbor to neighbor elite evangelism

  23. Rick Warren believed that the most effective evangelistic strategy is first try to reach those with whom already have something in common. He said that in the NT, the gospel spread primarily through relationships. The first thing Andrew did during his conversion was to find his brother Simon (John 1:41). Philip to Nathaniel, Mathew holding bonding relationship dinner with his co-tax collectors and the woman at the well told her villagers. The easiest person to reach for Christ is the person who is most apparently like you (The Purpose Driven Church, 173-76).

  24. The story of the restored demoniac of Gadara in Mark 5:19 affirmed that Jesus Christ support vividly on sectoral evangelism: He said to the restored demoniac of Gadara, “Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee”

  25. There is a saying that goes like this: “Birds of the same feathers flock together”

  26. Evangelism Researched Done • Researched conducted on why Church members go to Church faithfully or why they remain faithful in the Church EvangelisticCampaign. . . . ½ of 1 % Special Need . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1-2 % Visitation . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1-2 % Walk-In . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2-3 % Church Program. . . . . . . . . . . . 2-3 % Pastor . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5-6 % Friends/Relatives (oikos) . . 75-90 % or SES

  27. What is elite evangelism (a). Elite evangelism is the process of evangelizing the affluent people and the professional one, (b). Secondly, elite evangelism in an evangelism in a professional way: -In an air-conditioned room, with -Admirable suit and English command, and etc.,

  28. What is elite evangelism (c). Thirdly, according to Pastor Carmelito Galang Jr., elite evangelism is an evangelism producing quality converts, (d). Fourth, elite evangelism is evangelizing every sectoral leader of the society,

  29. What is elite evangelism (e). Fifth, elite evangelism is a process of evangelizing colleagues in the market place, (f). Sixth, elite evangelism is evangelizing friends to the last friends.

  30. Expert Affirmed that: (a). “The elite individuals living in the large cities are solitary beings in spite of living in the midst of a multitude of people. Therefore, each Christian is to assume their role as individual missionary, (Bullon, 12-14).

  31. (b). Elite people want true friendship in their emptiness. They go to social clubs, parties and other public places but deep inside are great emptiness in which they cannot deny. They need to know someone who is interested in their struggles and conflicts that could bring ultimate reality. The nearest person to build true friendship is their SDA peers, (Bullon, 12-14).

  32. Application 1. “Biblically speaking, the first task of the pastor is not to go out onto the world to win unbelievers to the Church. The primary role of the pastor is to nourish, strengthen, equip, help, and sustain the laity for its ministry” (Knowles, A World to Love, 120).

  33. 2. “The Bible pictures the pastor as an equipper of the laity for their work of service. It is not God’s plan that the laity should support the pastor as the star performer, but rather that the pastor should prepare the laity for their role in service. A pastor may inhibit lay involvement or he may be the one who encourages, trains, and equips the laypeople” (Knowles, 120).

  34. (3).“The pastor is an equipper, bringing out the gifts of his people” (Knowles, 33) (4) “The English word pastor comes from the Latin for Shepherd’ … The Shepherd is responsible for his flock. He cares for them. Guards them, provides food for them, defends them from their enemies, and when they stray, he seeks until he finds them and brings them back. If need be, a good shepherd will die to save his sheep” (Knowles, 56).

  35. Church Members’ Primary Work. (1) “All who receive the life of Christ are ordained to work for the salvation of their fellowmen” (White, The Desire of Ages, 822). (2) “All are alike called to be missionaries for God” (White, The Ministry of Healing, 395). (3) “The New Testament Greek expression laos refers to the entire people of God with no distinction between those paid for their service and who work and those who perform their services voluntarily” (Knowles, 120).

  36. Church Members’ Primary Work • “God requires His church to nurse those who are young in faith and experience” (White, Evangelism, 352). • “The Church bears responsibility for nurture and outreach, and God’s plan is to equip the members so that each will in some way minister to others and share the good news” (Eph 4:11-13; Knowles, 151).

  37. Conclusion Sectoral elite evangelism should not be “a promotional program, but an individual commitment, yours and mine” (Knowles, 218). Moreover, “will not be a program, but a fire burning in our hearts” (Knowles, 136).

  38. Paul says, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Phil. 4:13) Can we say, “I can do it?” Yes! We can do it “through Christ which strengtheneth us”

  39. “Without God everything will be a hopeless end, but with God everything is an endless Hope”

  40. Friends, brothers & sisters, my beloved Local Church Elite Evangelism Leaders “Without God, everything will be impossible” “With God, everything will be possible” “Without God, everything will be a hopeless end but with God, everything is an endless hope”
