What do we want to achieve, and what are you doing currently that needs to be enhanced? • Quick wins • Required outputs by the project • Phasedapproach • Information gathering, processing (packaging), dissemination • Enhancevisibility of partners and activities • Pooling of resources and skills • Look for synergies withotherspartners/initiatives • Capitalizeonprevious/past initiatives to makethem more known, visible and accessible • Build on whatwealready have

What do we want to achieve, and what are you doing currently that needs to be enhanced? • Allowanceneeded for the Focal person? • Yes: Mozambique, related to activities, to attend meetings • No necessary: Zambia, institutions shouldmeet the cost for attending LT meeting • It iskey to show impact right from the beginningso as to attract support, considerationfrom the decisionmakers (Government, international donors, etc.) • Manystakeholders not havingwebsite: need to support them to be visible through Mozambique eRAILS
