Program information • Cannot purchase or make any payments on the intervention until approved. • Two-to-one matching funds up to $40,000. • Not eligible to apply if employer received $40,000 in a previous phase. • Used to purchase equipment to substantially reduce or eliminate injuries and illnesses associated with a particular task or operation. • Available to public and state-fund private employers • No claim is required to apply

Program information • Must answer the questions in the application completely to be approved. • Must be willing to allow safety & hygiene consultant to conduct a comprehensive safety assessment. • Must be willing to provide BWC access to information to help it measure the effectiveness of the intervention. • Must be willing to electronically submit injury data for 2 years after the intervention is in place. • Must be willing to provide a case study 1 year after intervention is in place including cost benefit information as well as pictures and video. Information from this case study will be shared so others can learn from it.

Wholesale/Retail Trade Grants Companies performing delivery or installation operations of large/heavy single or multiple stacked items may be eligible for the WRT grant • appliances • furniture • vending machines • furnaces • water heaters • construction materials • food products • keg beverages
