  5. Feedback "It was a good experience, it's made me want to come to university. It made me feel I can actually make it to uni if I tried." " Hallam University is the best because they have cake and chocolate."

  6. 'Graduation' 2 day Looked After Children Event June 2008

  7. What does all this mean? Joined up thinking and working practises are key. Talking to the Local Authority has produced results.

  8. Where things haven't gone well…. - Relationship with Leaving Care Teams in the Local Authority been weak - Working with Local Authorities outside of the region - Reaching Looked After Young People in Further Education
