  2. LH ur 278928 10 yr o girl • v fit & active • 2 wk retrosternal pain with exercise • Some also at rest • Stopped exercise – no pain • No PH/ FH • presented to Proserpine Hosp with pain • Troponin raised • ECG ST changes & T wave (V1 – 4) inversion

  3. LH ur 278928 • Stress test • burning retro-sternal pain • ST depressed • Further echo ..N • coronary CT angiogram ..N • to have sestimibi stress test

  4. LH ur 278928 • dived to get goggles • surfaced, unwell, out of pool, became unresponsive • Given resus by father – rapid recovery • Unresponsive again briefly, CPR 5 mins • Full recovery • Proserpine – to Mackay Hospital • No arrhythmia • Cardiac MRI N • Cardiac catheter – L coronary art stenosis
