5. For Example RED TRIANGLE H All Medical / Clinical Devices in this group are HIGH RISK Must only be operated by Staff who are competent in the equipments clinical application. Refresher training is required Every Two Years

6. YELLOW CIRCLE M For Example All Medical / Clinical Devices in This group are MEDIUM RISK Must only be operated by staff who are Competent or under the direct supervision of a user who is competent in the Equipment’s clinical application. Refresher training is required within Five Years

7. GREEN SQUARE L For Example All Medical / Clinical Devices in this group are LOW RISK. The user is required to attend a one off training programme to use this equipment.
