Chholiya | Tasha's Artisan Foods

The everyday traditional simple meals still continue in this house. However, over the years I’ve developed a penchant for rice and now it makes a regular occurrence on our table. Pulaos make a quick, healthy weeknight meal. I enjoy mixing it up with various ingredients, eggs, soya nuggets, chicken, and the best of all seasonal vegetables. And that’s how the Fresh Green Chickpea or Chholiya Pulao came about. Visit our Webpage - https://www.tashasartisanfoods.com/blog/fresh-green-chickpea-chholiya-pulao/

  1. Tasha’s Artisan Foods

  2. About Us The thing with good, fresh, preservative-free food is that the taste will always linger on; it provides a memorable experience, one which makes you stop and savour the food and moment. We are talking about TAF’s wholesome bakes, crunchy nutritious granola, divine brownies, hearty breads and more. Truly great food goes beyond the taste - it must be nutritional, healthy and pleasurable. Our flavourful, carefully sourced local ingredients, coupled with organic flour and grains are why TAF’s bakes look, feel, and smell so natural.

  3. Vegan Chocolate Almond Butter Cups TheseVegan Chocolate Almond Butter Cups are surprisingly easy to make and absolutely delightful in taste..take my word on this.I filled my chocolates with homemade almond butter ( definitely more of this next time) and a teeny bit of raspberry jam to make almond-jelly cups. These were topped with chopped almonds, cocoa nibs and sea salt. I stirred in puffed amaranth, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, salted peanuts in the leftover mixture and let in set in little muffin cups.

  4. Pumpkin Cranberry Crackers ThesePumpkin Cranberry Crackers are full of wonderful whole ingredients and I made them completely vegan by using buttermilk made out of coconut milk. Crispy, hearty, crammed with seeds, oats and cranberries, they are an amazing accompaniment to any dip, cheese or even just as is, which is how we’ve been eating them.I used a mix of buckwheat and wholewheatflours, but next time around, I’m going to try with 100% buckwheat flour.

  5. Apple Cinnamon Buckwheat Waffles Diwali season is on full swing and I’m really not getting much breathing time as I am busy withall theorders! But my daughter’s here from college for a couple of weeks and I’m determined to spend as much time as possible with her. So grateful for all the good things, that right now, shortage of time doesn’t seem to be an encumbrance. And so I’m here with a short and sweet post because these Apple Cinnamon Waffles must be shared.

  6. Dark Chocolate Caramel Tarts It looks like I’m on a “mini dessert” trip! and today these absolutely indulgent, fingerlickin’ good, mini sizedDark Chocolate Caramel Tarts. they are simplygorgeous, velvety bites of buttery chocolate crust filled with the golden salted caramel, luscious dark 70% chocolate and finished off with sea salt for the perfect balance and to bring out the intensity! Also because I don’t have enough adjectives to describe them.
