  11. Guidelines for Choosing GCSEs • Choose subjects you like • Choose subjects you are good at • Choose subjects to provide a broad and balanced educational experience • Choose subjects that support your career aspirations

  12. General If the subjects which a student likes and is good at, are required for his career and go together to make up a balanced group, he has no problems. If some of these factors clash, he should consider his choices carefully and would be advised to discuss the matter fully with his parents and teachers.
