  2. What is Medical AssistantMedical assistant are cross-trained to perform administrative and clinical duties. Medical assistant work alongside Physicians, mainly in outpatient or ambulatory care facilities, such as medical offices and clinics. • What doMedical Assistant do • Medical assistants Take record patient history and personal information, schedule patients appointments, Measure vital signs, and others.

  3. Where do medical assistant work? Most of the Assistance work in Physicians offices and other healthcare facilities. Any Uniform Worn Yes Medical Assistant wear uniform that requires to wear scrubs. “Scrubs” are a medical uniform with a loose, short sleeved top and drawstring pants.

  5. Qualification-EducationWhat education is required?They’re a few campus training, online training program, and collage.How long is training/education?Training 8 months and 1 year, Collage 2 to 3 years.Test Required?Yes CMA (AAMA)

  6. Licensure/Certifications Is a license or certification required?Depends (not every state makes you get one)How long does it take to get a license?It all depends on several factor including the length and depth of the program.

  7. Important QualitiesWhat Personal qualities areneeded?Type well with correct spellings.Be polite, Humanity, Self-motivation, Adoptable, Honesty, Professional, and good Customer Service.What skills are needed?Good listener, good communicator, and be organized.

  8. Salary Range The average salary for Medical assistants is $26,000.The median salary/hourly wage for medical assistants is $14.12.

Job OutlookThe bureau of labor statistics projects medical assistant employment growth of 29 percent between 2012 and 2022, much faster than the average for all occupations, This field is expected to gain 162,900 new jobs during that period.Legal assistants are expected to grow 16.7%. There are currently 4,047 medical assistants jobs availabe.

Significance of Medical assistants are important because through their interaction with patients, they offer support and aid to patients which makes them feel at ease visiting a healthcare provider.Medical Assistant career impacts life, they help make sure that patients are correctly diagnosed and has correct medical record.
