Role Responsibilities/Tasks • Create, execute and delimit HR activities/processes • Replaces current ZPAF process • Utilize the HR Administrative Services (HRAS) function to create, execute and delimit HR activities/processes • Complete Position Request Forms • Generate Reports • Create, View, and Manage employee’s data • roles (i.e. inservice facilitator, benefit coordinator, etc.) and objects on loan • Manage worklist box • Process Recruitment Activities

  19. Next Steps • Principal/Supervisor decides who will be performing (and backing up) the HR Action Processor –HRAP (former PAF processor). (2 people per role) • Principal/Supervisor will register you for your role in the on-line database by 8/15/07 • Employees being assigned an SAP role, must complete their elearning course prior to the instructor led course. • Registration begins after 9/1/07. • HR Training will occur December – January • Specific dates will be sent to you. • Key Dates • Time Entry begins the last two weeks of January 2008. • Blackout periods will occur. Details in future.
