  2. IDEA Infant and Toddler Coordinators Association (ITCA) Not-for-profit corporation promotes mutual assistance, cooperation, exchange of information and ideas in administration of Part C and provides support to state and territory Part C coordinators

  3. Purpose of the Survey Need for knowledge of state data systems due to: Lack of national data regarding state data systems States’ use of ARRA funding to: Expand existing data systems; and Develop new systems

  4. Survey Construct The Survey Questions were developed to address the following components: • Data Infrastructure • Data Collection • Data Security • Data Validation • Data Analyses • Staffing

  5. Data Infrastructure All components that relate to the design, hardware and/or software, costs and development of data system, data management responsibilities.

  6. Infrastructure Systems 47 of 49 respondents • 43 using a state-level centralized data system • 34 use a web-based data system
