Students will not be allowed to loiter outside Downs Hall.There will be no re-admittance.Kean students must accompany their guest/s into the party.Kean students must present their Kean student ID upon entering Downs Hall.Guests of Kean University students must show a valid photo identification upon entering Downs Hall.” O;/Trainings/Funded Group Trainings/ Flyer Requirements

UPLOADING YOUR FLYER ON TO COUGARLINK Before submitting your flyer to Cougarlink, be sure to come to the Office of Student Government to get it approved by us and make sure that your location has been reserved on R-25 prior. After creating your flyer, save it separately as an image (such as JPEG). Log onto Cougarlink https://kean.collegiatelink.net/ using your email username and password. Go to your organizations page and click the “Events” tab Click “Create Event” on the top of the page. Complete the information required Important note: If your event requires ticket sales - when selecting event dates, input the sale date as the event start date and the end date as the following date so that your flyer will be displayed on the main page the day tickets go on sale. After the ticket sales date has passed, edit the event and change the dates to the actual event date. Upload the image version of your flyer. In the description box, be sure to re-type ALL information that is on your flyer. Submit your event request and then go to CLS to get their approval stamp.
