  4. 40 CFR 60 New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Hg Limits Subpart Cb Large facilities >250 tons/day; Constructed on or before 9/20/94 Prior to 4/28/09 80 micrograms per dry standard cubic meter or 15 percent of the potential mercury emission concentration (85-percent reduction by weight), corrected to 7 percent oxygen, whichever is less stringent. On or after 4/28/09 50 micrograms per dry standard cubic meter or 15 percent of the potential mercury emission concentration (85-percent reduction by weight), corrected to 7 percent oxygen, whichever is less stringent. Constructed, reconstructed or modified after 12/19/05 50 micrograms per dry standard cubic meter or 15 percent of the potential mercury emission concentration (85-percent reduction by weight), corrected to 7 percent oxygen, whichever is less stringent. Florida Administrative Code 62-296.416(3) • If mercury control device: 70 micrograms per dry standard cubic meter (ug/DSCM) of flue gas, corrected to 7 percent 02, or 20 percent by weight of the mercury in the flue gas upstream of the mercury control device (80 percent reduction by weight), whichever occurs first. • Annual testing required. • If no mercury control device: 70 ug/DSCM of flue gas, corrected to 7 percent O2 • Staggered semi-annual testing required so at least one unit is test quarterly.
