Some are seeing a therapist or are talking to a friend but can't seem to reach a level of understanding of their problems and symptoms. If the patient feels a therapist isn't for them, they'll avoid seeking one. They'll avoid going to the doctor because they don't trust doctors. The pandemic has also enhanced the isolation of those who are suffering from it and has created a bunch of fear. The people who aren't troubled with anxiety fear the symptoms that are occurring and even feel isolated because of it. There is an increase in self harm. The fear has become so bad that people who aren't affected have taken it upon themselves to help. There are images circulating the internet and stories from men and women all over the entire world of how their family was affected. The fear has caused people to want to escape the situation. As the pandemic has been boosting individuals have become more aware of it. They are more aware of what it is, what it does, what they can do. Some people are aware that they should seek treatment. Others will avoid treatment because they don't trust doctors. In this situation, the patient might try to avoid going to the doctor. They might try to go to the bathroom, or bathroom, then doctor.
