Roles and Responsibilities Project Manager • Set the direction and work together on Project plan in detail • Monitor work process to align with responsibilities and timeline • Control and report the work progress regularly • Solve the problem and review the change • Coordinate with CRM Charity team and Committee of the project

  8. Roles and Responsibilities Change Manager • Set the change management plan and track the work progress • Set up the team to work on outreach plan, and training • Coordinate with Change sponsor • Manage the Go live activities • Select the Early Adopter team [Google Guide]

Project Assumption • SU Management time and commitment are mandatory to resolve issues, to make the decision and to provide the direction • SU will make available project team who have enough knowledge and dedicated time to work on this project within the timeframe • SU will provide appropriate IT infrastructure • SU must participate in the training workshop, and then SU must set up the system, train end users, and go Live the system including support
