Survey Process Survey administered through SurveysOnLine, CUPA-HR’s Web-based data collection system McKnight & Associates provided subject-matter expertise support Survey open from May 4 to July 10, 2006 Data reflects programs in place on Jan 1, 2006 for full-time, non-temporary, faculty & staff, and retirees; student workers not included CUPA-HR 2006 Benefits Survey
