Cena的榮耀 • 尽管许许多多的WWE粉丝从小便在为Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and Shawn Michaels这些英雄的加油声中长大，Cena却从未想过有朝一日会在WWE拥有一段辉煌的职业生涯。Cena在2000年来到加州从事健身行业，某天在威尼斯健身房吧台遇到一位受训摔角手，偶然的交谈后Cena决定在参加Ultimate Pro Wrestling的摔角课程。他迅速为摔角而着迷，迫切地学习关于这项行业的一切，功夫不负有心人，短短一年内Cena便获得了World Wrestling Entertainment提供的发展联盟合约，受训于Ohio Valley Wrestling。2002年6月，他成为SmackDown花名册上一员，一年之后Cena成功上位，踏上了他数以百计的主赛之旅。

  7. Cena生氣的時期 • 一次是因為Cena再次對coach還有Mr.McMahon（老闆）動手！！ • 而那時候Vince就說要取消Cena的冠軍腰帶！！但是他臨時改變要把決定權交給了coach～讓他再節目尾聲看coach要不要要讓Cena的冠軍腰帶繳回！！之後再節目尾聲Cena來到coach的面前～coach不忘嘴砲Cena說要他知道怎麼尊重人之類的鳥話＝　＝還要Cena求他不要繳回冠軍腰帶！！

  8. 然後Cena卻已經要開扁了～再大夥都很緊張的時候！！這時候ＲＡＷ的司儀說他說接到Mr.McMahon(老闆)的指示將不取消John Cena的冠軍腰帶資格而且要將現在的狀況變成一場桌子大戰（coach面前有張大桌子）此時Cena就很高興的痛扁了coach~也把coach用FU直接撞再桌子上~當然Cena就贏了 ！！但是之後走出來的卻是Mr.McMahon的私生子Hornswoggle(小精靈)
