  44. REINSTATEMENT BONUS TEST

  45. REINSTATEMENT BONUS 25% advance of annual premium. Any first year commissions will be paid to the commission account. Management overrides will be paid to the commission account. If the policy has been in force 2 or more years, a reinstatement bonus equal to 25% of the annual premium will be paid direct. Management renewals will be paid to the commission account.

  46. REINSTATEMENT BONUS Must be a life case and reinstated by an agent other than the original writing agent. Must be reinstated on bank draft mode with all back premiums collected.

  47. REINSTATEMENT BONUS Applicant check must be collected for all back premiums and must be submitted with a bank draft authorization. Face amounts of $50,000 and below require a reinstatement app if the DPT is more than 120 days. Face amounts of $50,001 or more require a reinstatement app if the DPT is more than 60 days.
