CADDP has provided and strengthened institutional architecture for dialogue (JSR, ADWG, TWGs) 3. Partnership and alliances growing is increasingly recognized as important

  3. Priority issues 1. Operationalize the mutual accountability framework and implement joint sector reviews at country level • All partners to pledge • All partners to report into one system 2. Budget allocations to proven effective areas/ programs. Eg. Research and development and extension 3. Clearly define private sector to fine tune to different segments 4. Policy environment youth, private sector, inputs, access to finance
