NSPA Report: Robert Hawkins • VHASS EVENT name change • Winter Storm Diego - December 8 • (previously titled Winter Weather - December 7) • Situational reports due twice on Monday • Monday, December 10th: by 9:00 am • Monday, December 10th: by 3:00pm • Situational Reports • All healthcare interests: post to the EVENT Module • Hospitals/LTC/Dialysis: Also update appropriate STATUS BOARDS Winter Weather Planning Call #4 -- 12/09/18

RHCC Report: JT Clark • Text Alert and Regional Notification • Distributed around 7:00 am and again at 11:00 am • Text Alert will include a EO Link for Hospitals/LTC/Dialysis • Only valid for 15 minutes • After that, use regular VHASS credentials to log-in • NSPA Staff will be reaching out to facilities who do not report for the first reporting time on Monday.
