  3. Understanding of Requirement Unified Communication Services • CSC Hosted Unified Communication Solution • Basic IPT • Premium IPT (Basic IPT + Voicemail) • Base UC (Basic IPT + Voicemail + (Presence, Unified Messaging , Click to call and 1 to 1 Video calls) )

Solution Description Solution Description on Unified Communication Services • Proposed Solution is based on CSC standard virtualized HCS environment & CSC to own the Licenses, • Unified Communication Server Such as IP PBX, Voicemail, Presence will be deployed as a part of Voice Services in CSC Data Center. • UK Govt. Existing dial plan will be leveraged as much as possible and Inbound and outbound Call classification is part of the solution. • Propose Solution is hosted solution any upgrade(Major and Minor) are the part of the solution . • Voice Gateway with Survivability will be deployed at all remote location depending on the number of the user at site gateway size will vary. • Active Directory will be integrated if exist.

Solution Assumptions Solution Assumptions on Unified Communication Services • Proposed solution hosted in CSC Data Center in UK. • Management and Monitoring tool will be leveraged from CSC Data Center. • Bandwidth requirements between the sites and call admission control, Quality of Service (QoS) are available at UK Govt. offices. • End User Training will be provided by following Train the trainer model • Assumed IP trunk, LAN, WAN, PRI Trunk are available and excluded from the cost. • Proposed Solution Sizing according to Sizing Slide • Any feature/Service not mentioned in the future state environment is not included in solution and not in cost • Security and VPN services will be available from respective team. However all UC appliance is protected i.e. and meet required Impact level 2 • PRI/IP Trunk sizing will be provided if required during Due-diligence. • Blocking ratio cannot be committed as we need to know the how many call concurrent will be placed at a time. Required concurrency call volume data history required to calculate. • Out of Scope • On Site Service Engineer is not in scope • Toll free number ( Non- Geographic numbers) will be provided by 3rd Party • Gateway Service (Content Filtering) Element is out of scope from UCC standpoint • Call Charges Per minutes are not included in given Cost. • Audio ,Video, Web Conferencing and Mobile client is out of scope However solution is capable of providing this service at extra cost. • Any migration from Existing system is currently out of scope as it is not requested.

  13. Cost Assumptions • Any variance in the port/users or User at sites requires a re-costing. • IP Handset cost is additional on top of Per Port/Per Month cost. • All Cost is in USD only. • Deal Term is 5 Years • Costing based on Cisco Capital Discount of 53% & maintenance 30%, however Discount will be applicable which customer will get from Cisco.
